Hose does it come out of rear axle?
Looks like the rear axle vent hose.

You have a hack job of wiring unfortunately. :(
I agree replacing the wiring harness is probably your best option if you cannot splice in good wiring.

Always be sure to disconnect battery before you start messing with wiring. Codes will hopefully be able to reset and clear when you get the wiring repaired.

I think the threads where they add bed lights might have the wiring harness info you need?

Is that the forward side connector going to front of truck or the rear side?
I did some cuts in the damaged cables and re-attached them and closed in thermal PVC covers.

Parking sensor are back and running but I lost GPS signal? XD is it even possible that this wires are somehow affecting GPS signal?

If one of the CANs runs through the tailgate (like some earlier years), then I guess anything's possible. May still be a wiring issue, so let's start from known module states:

Disconnect the battery + and stand on the brake for 30 seconds to drain the 12V out. Reconnect and test the systems for operation again.

Did it few times, unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. From good (or maybe bad) news, dealer just took car for diagnostic to fix or at least check all their mistakes. So I am without a car for whole week.

Sounds good, hopefully they check all that wiring.

It's been a long time without an update from my side. Apologizes.

Long story short - the dealer had my car for almost 3 weeks and just did nothing.

In terms of HCM, they told me the left front sensor is probably damaged. They calibrated it again, the problem was still there but I stopped worrying about that. I ordered a new one and will swap it on my own and re-calibrate.

With the GPS problem - they found that the GPS/FM antenna was not working, they told me that it had burned resistors (part: ML3T-19C181-AB).

I was like, "OK, let me get new splitters." I ordered a new one, and they told me that it also had burned resistors. I ordered the next one—and they told me the same. So I started to think that they just didn't check it. They found an easy way to bypass it, and finally, I told them to just bypass it and leave it.

I took splitters from them, and both of them are fine, so I believe the issue is somewhere else. If it works, I will just leave it as it is.

In terms of CMR issues - I mounted last week LH Door Panel Mirror Cover With Sensor ( ML3Z-17K709-BE), shipped straight from Michigan. I didn't check if an issue is still here, but before this, the "big DTC" was gone after I connected only the sensor and the small DTC appeared about the obstructed area. I believe it should work now (lights are on, I can see them) but I also didn't check DTC after a swap.

I also did get the same DC/AC 400W inverter from Ford Maverick but it doesn't work. I saw a post that I need to do recalibration to get it working but did not have time to do it yet.

From other things, I will need to do a proper repair or swap the whole wire (this burnt one) as I believe it is also the reason for a few issues (ex. full blue rear camera, comeback lately - so far happened only once but it was after I was driving in a lot of water, and the rear camera wire is the one that is burnt).

Besides that, I want to get rid of the lift kit and check if somehow I can make the FM radio work better as its quality is really poor from the beginning (swaps and modifications did not help it). I think I am done with TailGate open with KeyFob, I just accepted that it won't work.

Thank you everyone for your time spent here to help me with my issues. You did better than a local dealer would ever do here in Poland.

Hi, just came here to thank all who contributed to this thread.
I was following @Biorante steps to activate lane centering on US -> EU imported Mustang Mach-E.
Finally after disabling BC in IPMA and IPC did the trick :)
