I’m in Canada. Placed an order for a 2022 xlt powerboost with a local dealer in BC on April 24. Since then there is no update. The order is just placed in the system as per the dealer and Ford customer helpline but other than that no update, no schedule, not even the next status change date. Is this normal? Has anyone else faced similar wait time? Please share your experience. How long do I have to wait?
Is this situation because of dealer allocation which I am now thinking might have been exhausted and no more customer orders from that dealer are scheduled.
