Exhaust Left+Right Pre-Axle exit. Anyone make them?

I am looking for an exhaust, probably cat back for my 24 RCSB 5.0. I am leaning towards either a right side exit cat back or doing what I really want, a custom (way more expensive) cat back left and right dual pre-axle exit.

Does anyone make pre-fab of what I'm looking for? I don't see any on all my interwebs. Maybe your interwebs are better.

You typically will not see this offered at all for any sort of modern truck due to the fuel tank. I remember people asking even for the Gen 2 Ford lightning and only ever thought done once or twice by a skilled fabricator on the forums back in the day. The only modern example I recall was on some of the s331 Saleen trucks. I believe Edelbrock made it for that style when they did it out both sides.

Custom only otherwise.

I think you would have to do lake pipes to clear the cab and fuel tank, which would make placement for the driver's side muffler really tough. I think you would probably end up with a glass pack integrated into the lake pipes, which would be loud and get in the way of climbing into the truck. I really wanted to keep exhaust heat out of the transmission, but I wound up just wrapping everything near the transmission and using the stock pipe locations. I did do a full dual 3" back to a Flowmaster BB 70 series with dual 3" in and single 3.5" out.
