Thats probably exactly what happen to my order.The only reason you would not get an email from Ford on your order confirmation and beyond that is if your dealer has entered a wrong email address for you into WBDOS and COVP. Ask me how i know. I’ve called the dealer to verify my email and in fact it was incorrect. Unfortunately, once it was entered incorrectly into their systems in the first place, they have no way to update it. You then have to call COVP yourself and have them update it. And still there are no guarantees on getting emails after corrections have been made. Lesson learned, have the dealer read your email back to you and stress that they enter it into their systems correctly.
