Drivers and passenger window flapping noise while up

Following up on the issue, I think I have found the problem.
Edit: Member Porpoise Hork already scoped this out.
It is the weather stripping outside that is not snug and allows some air in. Please check yours too, and compare it to the passenger side. You will notice a play on the driver's side.
