Driver door lock won’t open, window won’t roll back up without triggering safety sensor?

Having a weird issue lately in the colder weather. It almost seeks like the door is bent? When unlocking electronically the lock stem won’t come up to allow the door to open. I have to climb in from the passenger seat and squeeze the mechanical door release firmly. Then when rolling the window back up (badging out of the security gate) it keeps going off on sensor and rolling back down.

Cold weather seemed to negatively affect the driver’s window of my ‘22 Power Boost. Had to cancel a Christmas Day trip because the window would not roll up. The glitch started with the auto-up function not working and evolved into not working at all.

A day at the local dealer revealed no problems with the window. To this day I don’t/can‘t trust the window to roll up. Does anyone feel my pain?

Additionally, I had tried the reset procedure that was posted, and it appeared to work, prior to its day with the dealer.
