Does your Ford Pass do this?

My Ford Pass App barely ever updates on it's own. I always have to pull down and refresh it it which works most of the time. This is true even when the truck & phone both have good cell reception and/or on wifi.

Once in a blue moon, it will update on its own, but usually it's behind on location. It wasn't always this way.

Anyone know why?

Mine does this, too. Having to pull down to refresh is no big deal to me.

For my truck, it seems to be days delayed unless it's being driven. My mach-e on the other hand is almost always connected to the phone via bluetooth and updates frequently. The EVs with phone-as-key display much more capabilities though.

Wondering if that it just a byproduct of your phone settings. If you engage background app refresh for the FordPass app ( or whatever term it’s called in your particular phone) the app should then have the ability to pull updated data without you pulling screen down.
