Does anyone know or has used the DAV discount to purchase a new 2024 Ford F-150?

I am a disable vet and belong to the DAV and realize there is some incentive offered. Either a special price or a rebate for member ship to DAV. Unclear what exactly is the offer. Thanks for any help with this.

The DAV allows you to get Xplan pricing. Go here: https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerweb/vehicles/pricing.do
The partner code is DAVET once you get in the website you can check out the different vehicles you are interested in and get a pin letter. Use the pin letter when you make contact with the dealer for the Xplan pricing. I used it on my 23.

as a hint
call the dealer you are looking at and ask the sales manager if they honor x plan
many stopped doing it during covid
my dealer told me 2 times they didnt honor x plan, so i looked elsewhere and they i found the KR there a few months later and spoke to a manager by chance and he said SURE WE DO,

and, some want your sale and will beat x plan.
knowledge is key

if your ordering it...give granger a call and see what they can do?


x plan is not required by dealers

Another DAV life member here.... I did this successfully for my 2023 following the procedure outlined above by @bbenea. I did get the impression that it is dealer-dependent as @powerboatr mentioned.

do build and price the exact vehicle you want in the partner website
then print that off and use it as your guide
good thing about build and price, is nationwide search...your dream truck might be sitting already

really want to mess with a dealer? if your not paying cash, get pre approved with ford motor credit

play no games. x plan is what it is.

my 21 250 i got well under x plan, the dealer was not doing x plan because of covid
but the sales manager wiggled stuff around to make the price of the truck well below x plan and valued my trade higher. motivated dealers are out there, and no so motivated ones are as well.
dealers have lots of wiggle room
sometimes the wiggle favors not using Xplan to get the best deal as well.

You need to check Granger Ford at 4% BACK of invoice..I found you can't stack Florida's Farm Bureau with the 'Heroes' military discount. When I tried to get/sign up the Veterans discount I was way way over the 2 year deadline from active duty (1975)..If you are getting a extended warranty Granger's price is unbeatable too. But maybe Ford rules on Veterans is not clear to me.

Can you get X plan pricing if the truck is already been ordered ? How about vehicles on the lot ?

I was able to get the DAV X plan on my 2024 order though. Just brough the information to the dealership and they confirmed eligibility.

My goal is to get the very best price on a 2024 and since rebates PCO's Veterans discounts are all directly from Ford and not the dealership it can make a huge difference! Thank God for Granger because not only do you get the best possible price but the dealership doesn't add a bunch of additional fees and costs. Some here in Florida typically add $2,500.00 or much more after the 'negotiated' price including paint protection and other BS items. Only a few dealerships in the nation refrain from that crap because it's so hard to walk out when surprises are sprung on you last minute! You ARE trapped in the back room. That's the biggest reason so very many folks absolutely ? love dealing with Granger because even with a close match on basic price your 'out the door' cost is always much less..

Do you know what kind of a deal it was? Invoice, % below invoice, cash off....I know when I bought my jeep being a member of a group guaranteed 1% below invoice. Curious as to what the deal actually is...Thanks

Not every deal participates so you need to confirm their participation. It’s the same plan ford gives to their employees and some of the incentives vary off zip code.
