Do I get points for an purchase the ESP extended warranty? I haven't seen them

I purchased and picked up my truck last week. I see where Ford gave me 42000 points for my Powerboost purchase. I also bought a 8 year/100k extended plan with them. Do I get points with the extended plan?

I don't think the plan purchase gains you any points. I know you can use points to get a discount when buying a plan though.

You should get a quote from Granger or one of the other online options and if it's much cheaper, you could potentially cancel your current one and put your 42k points towards the new plan.
