Installed brand new digital gauges tonight and I’m having a few issues. Uploaded my as built data no problem at all. It will not let me update the mileage and I’m not sure how to put in my engine hours. When I try to program the mileage using odometer write on Forscan it makes it to 2% and then says service procedure has been interrupted. How do I fix this? Ford Pass also says I have a high voltage battery warning dtc that doesn’t even come up on Forscan

Did the donor IPC have higher miles than what your old one had?

Try deleting your truck's profile in Forscan and reload it as a new truck. Then try your odometer write.

I will try that tomorrow morning. Anything I can change to make the high voltage battery fault to go away? I do not have a powerboost

Did your IPC come from a Powerboost or was it originally programmed for a Powerboost? It might have triggered that DTC before being overwritten with whatever your configuration is.

In terms of engine hours, I'd have to open Forscan and double check, but there should be an engine runtime value or something similar. If I recall correctly, the time isn't in hours but in seconds so it's 3600 times larger than the actual hour value.

I tried deleting my trucks profile on Forscan and writing the mileage again. It did the exact same thing again. Got disrupted at 2%

must have been programmed for powerboost in a past life I guess. How do I change that?
