Different Stock Ride Height?

Ok so i have a 2022 f150 3.5L its supercrew and have the 6.5ft bed. I have been noticing that other trucks just sit taller i have even since measured one it was 1&1/4 taller front and back…
My truck sits about 40” from ground in rear and 36.1/4 in front on 265/70/r18 tires seems like the rake is a bit aggressive i was debating on doing a 2” level in front and 1” lift in back but the rake will still be agressive,

any idea why f150s have different ride heights when stock?
