Dealer says no updates available in FDRS

Had an appointment today to address the safety recalls and to try and solve the grayed out OTA settings. Long story short, all they finished was the trailer brake recall. They said that FDRS didn't have any updates for my truck and there was nothing they could do at this time for the OTA update problem. Anyone else run into this one?

The software isn't out yet for the trailer brake recall. You'll have to go back once it is. See the recall thread.

your dealer is lazy or incompetent. If you have greyed out update options there are updates to be applied.

The dealer said that the trailer brake update was the only thing they got done.

I understand that, but I was told the tech said that nothing was showing up for my truck. The manager said that he would elevate to Ford tech so I guess I will see. I just know that the settings went dark last December.
