Dash main console rubber liner

Can anyone confirm if Ford put a rubber liner at the bottom of the main dash console like cupholders have . I have a 2021 XLT that i bought used, so no way of knowing if it came with the truck. Please see photo for reference.

I sell these trucks and have a 22 XLT. They DO come with a liner. You can buy one through ford parts for about 20 bucks.

Yes it came with one, but I bought a set of rubber liners on Amazon for every horizontal surface in the truck.
