Could I get instructions on the best way to correct this tire rub on my inner fender?

Hey guys, I'm running a 2.5" level kit with 285/ 55 R22 AT4s. I guess due to my 1.25" wheel spacer kit, I'm getting a hint of rub when my steering is nearly at max turn at the rear of the front fender well.

Was wondering if someone could provide some instructions on the best way to correct this? It's harmless but does sound like a big fart.
