Console swap - few questions

So swapped over my XL jumpseat to Consol today. Ordered the ductwork from a local dealer but it seems that the correct T spice or center connector is not the same and I cannot seem to locate it on the Fords parts diagram.

Question one. Does anyone know on or parts I’m missing for the center ductwork. does anyone know what part I am missing based on the photo below.

Question, two. Does anyone know how to remove the OEM original center lock for the correct key of my truck from my jump seat. I actually assumed and thought I could put the key in it and pull the Tumbl out. It doesn’t seem to be the case.

Any luck getting this finished up? I have a 2022 with a jump seat and strongly considering doing this swap I can’t stand the work surface that it came with lol.

I did the same thing on my XLT and was able to use dremel tool to open up existing system to flow into what you bought. Your system does not look like what I have in my truck, those vents should tuck right in so not sure why yours doesn’t.
As for the key lock I had a locksmith do the swap, he wanted $80 for his call.
