Hi All,
I signed the order preview when I placed a deposit on my truck earlier this month. I’ve lost the post that mentions what I should ask dealer for to confirm the order was submitted correctly. Maybe an acronym for one of the internal Ford websites?

Perhaps it's COVP - Customer Order Verification Program. If so, ensure the dealer inputs your email correctly. My dealer hosed my email up and even though it was later corrected, I have never received any emails directly from Ford about my order.

I guess it's possible my dealer could've messed up my email on the first iteration. I do know the salesman asked me this time exactly what my email addy was. I also know this time within hours, I had an acknowledgement via email from Ford Motor.
