Clunk in sunroof above drives head

Anybody else have this clunking popping sound in the sunroof above the drive? It happens when the truck flex's ever so little amount. I would love to figure out exactly what it is so I can see if I can eliminate it.

Mine does it when it is warmer than about 75 outside. It can get pretty loud too. Having it open is the only thing that makes it stop for me.

Lubricate the entire perimeter seals with Krytox (that's what ford uses) every 6 months and it will open and close more smoothly. It is also suppose to keep the seals from sticking to the body causing the noise. Possible it is coming from the frame but I would try this first,

I've had to tighten the screws that mount the glass to the rail system as I have heard slight movement above my head. That seems to take care of the issue for me.

Drives me mad. Expensive ass truck sounds like my 2003 Subaru. I find it hard to believe lubricating rubber seals stops the constant clunking

I had a 2021 F-250 with the sunroof and my creaked and rattled and it drove me absolutely nuts. I tried a dozen different products and the only thing that worked for me is the Krytox.

The only option that was a deal breaker on my new 2021 F-150 was the sunroof! I will never have a sunroof again!
