Chrome like pvd wheels chipped

Took my new truck with only 1100 miles to the tire shop to get some meaty tires and this is how I got them back. Happen to anyone else?

That's not the wheel's fault. It's sloppy work. They should replace your damaged wheels.

I take pictures of my cars on my phone when I take them in for service. Inside and out, as well as inside the door jambs.

Definitely take pictures of fancy wheels when you are at the tire shops.

Though it's still possible to chip the finish off the rim with even the most care, the damage in the pictures looks like it's just plain carelessness.
