Dealer nor Ford will confirm but I’m pretty sure I’m on chip hold. Had a blend of 8/9 and been in production ever since

Ford Chat confirmed a Chip hold for me earlier today

Lariat standard package 3.5 eco blend date 7/30 production 8/3 says built 8/28 was notified 9 days ago by dealer chip hold first or 2nd week in October due to them also confirmed with ford customer service. What’s a tear tag and how do I get that info

Tear tag is on your modules page but its not really important. Especially when ford always says your built. Its just one more thing to pop up when you are looking for progress before built status. https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

Go to ordertrack.app And into your vin in order number. That will give you a link for your modules list. Go ahead and go to that page and into your vin. That will show you all of your modules for your truck and the tear tag is up on top. My understanding is the tear tag means all modules Have been programmed. Unless of course you’re on chip.

Tear tag of Ed2 can someone tell me what that means and apparently I guess when you look the modules up all in blue is missing so that said showing 706 to 791

If you have a built email usually it means that you are not on a chip hold. Usually it will say in production still. Does it say awaiting shipment?

I am sorry for complaining about being on hold and seeing some of your post that was ordered last year and just got built this whole system makes no sense for fact ordered on 4/1 and built on 8/28
