Ceramic/Teflon Coating Wheels

I just bought a set of Fuel Rebels that will be arriving this coming week. I'm looking for recommendations on what people are using to do an initial cleaning of the wheels prior to coating, as well as which coating should be used on the wheel itself. Being that the wheels are brand new I'm assuming the only oil or residue will be dust and/or oil from fingers prints.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I follow Obsessed Garage for a lot of detailing stuff and they have several videos on their YouTube channel that goes into DIY Wheel Coatings. They recommend Carpro Dlux with a CarPro Gliss topping. I did Gtechniq CSL & EXOv4 on my previous truck but haven't coated my new truck wheels yet. Probably going to go with the Dlux / Gliss combo on my truck sometime soon.
