Buttons above radio/display swap?

Eventually planning on swapping out my 8in screen for the big 12in one, and am curious about the buttons above the display.

Is it possible to go from half buttons to full size buttons easily?

I want to go from this setup, to the one below.

Have u considered the Tesla screen, this would eliminate thise buttons as they are integrated by touchscreen

I actually prefer the physical buttons! I'm just looking to go to the full size ones instead of the half ones.

Still sticking with 3 buttons, but going from 2 half ones to 2 full ones.
