Google says the 11th and 12th digit is the month the truck was built. Does FB mean February or something else?

Your build date will be noted on the door jamb sticker of your truck month / year.

Digit 11 of the vin is the ford plant where you're truck was built.
In your case 11 = F = Dearborn, MI
12 = the first character unique to your vin, Ford Vins for the first truck of a model year start with A and move B,C,D and so on throughout the model year. B is early.
The 10th character represents the model year.
M=2021
N=2022
O is skipped
P= 2023
Q is skipped
R will be 2024

I'll have to look at the dealer then. I'm trying to figure out how old it is.

If you send the Vin number to @rugedraw he will be able to give you the exact "born on" date for your truck. He can only get this information for you on weekdays. ?

I realize this is an old thread, but I just figured out that if you put your VIN into parts.ford.com, and search/select a part (for example spark plugs), at the top of a part listing, or left panel of a parts search it will tell you your build date (red square below, verified to my door sticker):

Ford F-150 Build date by Vin question. Build-dat

..having said that, if you are looking for spark plugs, make sure you read the fine print on the 2021 model year, as it appears the plugs changed in July:

Ford F-150 Build date by Vin question. Build-date-spark-plug-2021-f150-powerboost

If my reading is correct the torque spec is also different with the newer non-tapered gasketed plug requiring 18 ft-lb / 216 in-lb / 25 Nm, and the older tapered 11 ft-lb / 133 in-lb / 15 Nm
(please correct me if I am wrong!)
