Now, that the Dearborn plant is shutting down for the weeks of April 5 and 12 and no overtime once in operation. I am wondering how far my truck build date will be pushed back. I ordered my Platinum 3.5 EB on 1/30, received the vin and a build date of 4/25. Time was getting close, so I sold my Grand Cherokee and it was real quick, so now I sit and wait. If the plant opens up in two weeks how will they start up? Will they start by completing purchasers orders or Dealers orders, or right where they left off? My buddy got caught up in the chip shortage waited 8.5 months for his F-350.
