I installed mine a couple weeks ago. Did you get it from them. I had to email them after I received the harness, then they sent me the instructions. I will say that I had to have a harness built to add the media bin light and the glove box light that thier harness ties into as I did not have the plug in my truck. They state that every truck does but mine did not.

I'd be interested to know what the other harness or fix is as they didn't offer anything to me. Kinda pissed me off at the time. Spent the money on the harness then the visors just to have nothing work until I bought a harness from one of the members on here that gave me the connection I needed

Harness still hasn't arrived. Sent many an email asking for info- i only ever get something after two or three emails. Was told "ill look into into, it was sent weeks ago". Didn't give tracking info nor responded. That was 10 days ago. Buy at your own risk guys.

We'll see how this plays out. Id hate throwing good money after bad but might have to. Im tempted to just tap into a "constant on" on the inside fuse box and call it day. Sucks. I was really hoping this and the upfitter switch retrofit would turn out well.

That's possible. I could spend 0 dollars and keep my clicker too. What I'm after is seamless integration of OEM components/features that Ford won't put in an XLT RCSB.

you already have his harness? You just need to know where to connect am I understanding? If so I believe his harness is designed to hook into the glove box light, if you’re a 22+ truck you don’t have a glove box light. I can help with that though. Let me know what you got going on I’ll try to help.

Yeah there's so no instructions provided with the harness. Mocked it up and tried to see where the leads end and what's near by to plug into. Poked around and the only plug that looks even close is the A pillar tweeter. The email says that an entirely new harness is needed for my 23. Correct- no glove box light to tap into.

it should run to the glove box light, I helped @1lowcourier with this recently. If that’s where it goes to, I can build you a harness to add the glove box light in works on 22-24 so far.
