Left on 5 day drive and found that my Blue Cruise would not activate. I’m 18 months into 36 month subscription.

Adaptive cruise and lane centering operating, just no Blue Cruise.

I’m traveling both N-S and E-W interstates where it has worked befire

Any user trouble shooting I can do or is this likely a dealer function?

Hi Brad! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? We'd like to investigate this Blue Cruise concern on our end. Thanks!

You likely already enabled it, but make sure "Lane Centering with Hands-Free" is enabled under the cruise control settings. Other than that, you just need to press the button to activate cruise control on the far left of the steering wheel. My instrument cluster will actually tell me Blue Cruise is available when I get on the interstate or other major four-lane roads around here before I activate it.

On a recent trip, Bluecruise would not engage at all. Pulled into a gas station, took the pup for a walk, and let the truck remain off for about 15 minutes. Worked after that.

I'd say it worked fine, but really, it is not great. I find that I'm having to cut n weave to manage speed properly. As the right lane is too slow, that's where Tesla's live, and the middle+left lane is where everyone else is going over 80.

People cut in front of me non stop. Once the cycle starts, the thing keeps slowing down and people keep passing. It had me at 43MPH at one point. Where everyone was trying to go 83.
