Blown speaker above passenger seat?

Whenever listening to music close to 20 in volume I can hear rattles coming from the speaker above the front passenger.
Is it typical for that speaker to be blown? Would extended warranty cover it and be worth it for 100$ deductible?
How hard would it be for myself to check if it's just loose or change it myself? instructions anywhere?

Right now I just put the fader slider to above the driver and everything seems right.

I don't think I have ever heard anything come out of either of the overheads! They are worthless!

Yes, it is very possible for that or any of the speakers to blow over time. Be thankful it is not the headrest speakers.....the overhead ones are fairly easy to replace.
