Also take a look at this company.

Bed Racks – Chassis Unlimited Inc.

They make a rack (Thorax) designed to attach to the tie downs of a Diamondback so if you have those already, it works without drilling. I spoke with them some time ago for an F-150 and they said they can make them for anything. I never dove any deeper into it but take a look to see if this may work for you. Good luck.

On another note when you fold over the back section of the Diamondback so that that back panel has the bed open and is laying flat, can you measure how much space is between the 2 panels. I am hoping it is at least 3/4 of an inch. Can you tell me what you get? Thanks!

Thanks for the info, I will take a look! That is a great option.

It is atleast 3/4 for sure. It is the height of the lock because in that situation that is what sits against the cover. When doing that I HIGHLY recommend using a pad of some type. The textured surface of the cover will easily rub the paint off the lock.
