I’ve been thinking about buying a BedRug and cutting along the PAT door seam. Hoping that would help make it more weatherproof as Ford did a pathetic job with the weather seal. Why they didn’t make the seal the full door height is beyond me. Not worried about voiding the BedRug warranty but am a little concerned about if it will fray a bunch along the cut since that is kind of a “high traffic” area. Would Velcro the full length of the cuts.
Anyone do this? If so, would love to see pics or hear how it worked.
