Just thought I would share in case anyone else has this happen.
I started my truck and a got a warning message that pre-collision braking is not available and the little wrench light was on. I thought it was just because it was raining hard and ignored it. When I pulled out on the street the transmission stuck in first gear and when it finally decided to shift it had a couple second delay/ bogging and then slammed hard into the next gear. At this time I was close to the dealer so I limped my way in thinking my transmission had just died. Turned out to be a bad MAP sensor. Apparently when the MAP sensor goes bad the rest of the systems including the trans don't know what to do and they just go crazy. Now I have a new MAP sensor and all is well.
