Showed up at the dealer Thursday, tracker didn’t update until Friday.

I haven’t received my truck yet, but it’ shows shipped ETA is 7/27-8/2

The tracker also tends to be cached. If you try incognito mode you might see an update (I would do that when I knew it was updated but didn’t show yet).

Just received my truck yesterday, tracker never updated from “in shipping” (or something like that). Tracker said shipping would take 12-28 days with an ETA of 7/30-8/5 and I got a surprise call from the dealer after only 11 days. Feeling very lucky! Ford’s tracker does seem to be lagging behind. Here’s to good news for the rest of you!

My 4/21 "in production" finally "built" 7/12 and shipped on 7/15. 20 day est shipping, with 8/10 ETA delivery.
I checked PALSAPP. There's a freight bill #, but status says "pending." Does PALSAPP only track the trucking-portion of the shipment, or does it include freight-train shipping too?

I'm not sure what Paysapp tracks and doesn't track. My assumption is just the trucking portion. That said, there have been plenty of orders that end up delivered and in driveways without any change to Palsapp's "Pending" status. It's cool when it works but for the most part unreliable. I wouldn't be too worried if the website is showing pending as there is a good chance it's pulling into the dealership lot under their PENDING status.

Day 11 of "Awaiting Shipment" and I just got my ETA pushed back another 2 weeks. **sigh**

Same here....ETA 7/12 then 7/18 and now no updates. Shows in storage yard in Ky

Mine has been awaiting shipment from the KC plant since the status changed to built on 7/13. The plant is still down but I'm not sure if they also stopped shipping the built trucks too. On 7/14 the ETA was pushed out 2 weeks so maybe the built trucks aren't shipping from the KC plant during the shutdown.
