Looking under the truck, the lower control arms don‘t appear like they have cam bolts. They look like normal bolts.

Are the camber and caster not adjustable?

From the factory you will not have cam bolts, just normal bolts in slots. Adjustments can be made with the stock bolts but it isn't ideal; the adjustments will not be precise, and I wouldn't expect anyone to get the caster and camber set perfectly.
I normally use the SPC 86250 or Moog K100025 cam nut kits to make the adjustments more precise and easier.
