Hey, so I’m new the to forum but noticed a lot of others posted with their trucks having the tsb22-2404 performed. My truck was stuck on an older sync version and was having this performed at a dealership til they called and said that they got stuck in a step where they have to connect the ethernet cable and once connected it says that the ethernet cable is disconnected. Any thoughts?
