Apim update issue

Dear all hi

i want ask about apim update
I do everything
Until fdrs ask me to but usb on vehicles
When i insert USB into vehicles I get message (error)
Fdrs make to file in usb (photo attached)

all sw update work good
My issue with apim
my car is f-150 raptor. 2022

any help pls

Make sure it’s formatted to exfat and rename the drive 6 characters or less with no spaces.
