I’m trying to find out if these are chrome all the way back or a long back extension. Has anyone seen them or have pictures? Thanks.

I don't think anyone has seen these yet on the 2021 F-150 because it seems every truck I've seen at the drive events an other gatherings had the electronic deploying boards.

I have seen similar extended fixed chrome boards on a newer F-250 at work, and the extended portion going back to the rear tire is all black plastic on top, instead of the chrome with smaller black plastic traction aids spaced every few inches. Of course there is no way to know if the F-150 design will be the same.

Sorry I'm of no real help. But I do want to point out to anyone that ordered these extended boards back in the August, September, October time frame, when they were a $225 dollar option, they have since gone up to $1005. That happened sometime in November. If you made / make any changes to your order after that price increase, the order will reprice, and you'll now be paying $1005 for those boards, which is insane for a 6" extension.

I thought I had seen the black on the ends somewhere. If it’s that much screw that. Also not re-pricing my max tow haha.

I have the extended tuning board's on my Lariat 6.5 box and surprisingly they reach all the way to the wheel welds. That's 24in's of extension and is all black. Does look good.
