The thought just hit me and struck me as funny back when many of us were ordering in summer and early fall...

"Max Recline" seats were listed as "late availability" so we all were avoiding putting that to our orders because HOLY CRAP DECEMBER?!?!? So the strategy was to not order it so we can all get our trucks in November! The thought of waiting until December was UNBEARABLE!! LMAO

Then probably over half of us got spray-in liner, and a lot also wheel well liners. Who knew that this meant that it was sent offsite where it could sit and wait, then BACK to the plant ramp where it could sit and wait again. Effectively either of these options makes the total number of potential wait spots 3 (ramp, body, ramp), instead of just the 1 (ramp). Based on the tracking the waits seem random, from 1 day to 2 weeks, at any of the given spots!

Based on how nearly 100% of us avoided the Max Recline, how many of us would have avoided the spray and wheel liners had we known??? I'm guessing 100% as they can be added after market easily...

So here we sit and the wait continues. Long past when many have taken delivery of trucks with Max Recline seats.

Right there with ya.
I am now 18 days past my "Build Date" and am just sitting here waiting on an update.
Still promising a delivery of early March.
Who knows, maybe I will and maybe I won't actually see the truck then.. ;)

Yeah, I went the opposite way, I ordered Max Recline, and road that emotional roller coaster wondering how late that would push it. We heard December, we heard June 2021, then mid-November, no one ever had a straight answer. I almost ordered the wheel well liners, but when I saw the 13 Gen had Husky Liners that were $40 cheaper and provided better coverage than the OEM liners, I ditched the liners. Always figured Line-X was the way to go for the bed, so never considered the factory bed liner, although I did wonder if the factory one would be better integrated with the tailgate work surface and propower.

And I could be driving my truck for a week now, with my deposit being placed on 8/28... so I guess Late Availability Max Recline did happen quicker than the factory bed and wheel liners. Who knew?

I was told that the PowerBoost was "Late Availability" as well, so I got the 3.5Eco. Now here I sit, 5 months after ordering, watching folks decide to buy, then drive PowerBoosts off the lot in the same day!

I'm sure I'll be happy with the EcoBoost, but would have loved that PowerBoost!
