Any experience with Ford financing "lock in"?

Finally received my truck and Ford honored the 0% financing. They tried to talk me into a cash-back instead but in the end, honored the financing deal without any fuss.

It seems like they should have to honor whatever incentives were available when you placed your order.

Incentives play a big part in deciding which company many people will go with. Otherwise they wouldn't offer them.

It seems like "bait & switch" for them to offer 0% financing and then tell you "that's not available anymore" because it took them 10-months to deliver your truck.

Yes. I originally ordered in August 2021. Apparently they had a 0% for 72 months. My truck was built in September of 2022 and I got it in October. The locked rate of 0% for 72 is exactly what I got.
