Bought AMP’s HD Extender from Real Truck. One of the straps used to secure the extender to the tailgate broke and is unusable. I checked the Real Truck website and submitted a warranty replacement for the strap. Got an email from AMP CS on August 12 that said I’d hear back within 2 business days. Heard nothing so on August 25 sent a follow up email. Nothing but crickets.
