Add puddle lights to STX

Is it possible to put puddle lights on my stx mirrors. I mean I know anything is possible but what would have to be done to make this happen. I'd like to possibly keep my factory mirrors just put some puddle lights under and make come on when unlock doors and stuff like my cargo lamps

I did this on my 21 xl, the wiring was already at the mirror connector. I just tapped into it and enabled the option in forscan. I used a set of feniex under mirror strobes and got turn signals out of them as well. Unfortunately I don't think they make them any more, but if it helps to know it's possible that's what I can offer.

Do you remember which wires you tapped into. So all I'd have to do is mount the lamps and tap into wires and enable in forscan ..
Do you happen to have pics of the lights on your mirror. Just get an idea of what they look like

I don't remember off the top of my head, but next time I've got that apart I'll see what I tapped. No pics of the mirror specifically, but it just looks like the regular mirror with a light pod hanging underneath. You can probably find something that would look a little cleaner and maybe even recess in the housing. If I remember, it wasn't too difficult to take the mirror off the truck and take apart to look in there and see how much room you have to work with.
