I am curious if anyone has added a leaf spring from Auto Spring or anyone else? If so was it easy with no major complications?

Have you watched this? Seems a minor PITA in some respects, at least as done by this guy, a lot depending on tools available (got an oxy-acetylene torch?) ...

I have thought of that but could not find the part number to see how many leafs it had. Also I am sure it is not cheap. Why don't you just use the leaf pack from the Heavy Duty Payload Package F150s?

The leaf springs from the Heavy Duty Payload Package is effectively an additional 650-750lbs of capacity for the rear axle. It's a 3 leaf design just like the Max Tow package (but with additional capacity from a higher effective spring rate).
I got my RAS kit delivered the other day and should be installing it in the next week or so. I hope its been working out well for you!Never added any extra leafs but I did add the Road Active Suspension aftermarket kit and love it. Helps with squat and subjective but I feel it helps with handling as well. May be a cheaper option than springs. Here’s a video on it
