Hey guys, haven't seen it yet but I'll get it started. I was just notified by my dealer today that I'm set for the 09/13 build week. Anyone else in this week/club? Hopefully it'll hold. Build specs are below my post. That's how my vehicle would 'ideally' appear.

They must be pumping the new orders out as fast as possible before end of quarter, in order to produce better sale numbers. I think we have all been waiting a long time.

I saw the update by Granger Ford. I'm guessing that may be the goal but I also think Ford wants to finish all retail orders before the '22 model starts to hit in late November. That way private orders can option out '22MY trims and dealerships can finish/finally get some '21MY units.

Agreed. Do you think they will push back 22’ further into the year in order to make that happen?

I doubt it, only because usually the change over from model year occurs in June/July but recently I believe I read that it starts in October/November. Plus the rumors/ possibility that Ford wants to ship unfinished builds to dealer also tells me the want to put out as many '21 models as they can in order to create space if they have to store '22 trucks. (I know the unfinished ones aren't for sale and articles have stated they are to help dealers appear like there is inventory.)

The only reason I can see them pushing back '22 would be if there are more plant shut downs delaying '21 vehicles.

I got my VIN the day after order placed. I'm hoping the build stays on schedule, had problems with earlier order and dealers.

Yes! It was an adventure getting to this point with prior order and dealer issues but hopefully good now.
