Good morning-I am coming up on the 60000 mile service for my 2021 F150 XLT 4x4. I've never been one to have maintenance done at the dealership, I usually do maintenance myself. However, I want this truck to last as long as possible, and want to ensure my warranty and Ford Premium warranty stays intact since I'm dreading the 10R80 CDF drum issue which I understand is inevitable. So, I reached out to my local Ford dealer and just asked for a quote for a 60,000 mile service. They sent me a quote of $2,286.56 and told me I could add or subtract whichever options I wanted. My question is, which ones should I go with? The owners manual says change spark plugs at 60,000 and several inspections. I think it also says brake fluid every 3 years. The breakdown is:
Wynn's transmission flush- $299.99
Wynn's differential service, front- $149.99 (probably change the fluid myself)
Wynn's differential service, rear- $149.99 (probably change the fluid myself)
Wynn's coolant flush- $206.15 (do I need to do this?)
Transfer case- $119.97 (again, probably do this myself)
Brake fluid flush- $157.99
Motorcraft intake/fuel cleaner- $204.99
Spark plugs remove and replace (includes plugs and boots)- $847.97
Which of these would you see as necessary or a good idea at a 60,000 mile service? I am considering ordering the parts and doing the spark plugs myself as well now, and not sure that I need to replace the boots at $55 x 8. Maybe inspect and reuse, change at 100,000 miles? I don't know if I should have them do the coolant, transmission and brake fluid or not. I appreciate any advice, recommendations or thoughts.
