6 inch bds lift

I have recently put a 6 inch BDS lift kit on my 2021 f150. The suspension is a lot stiffer than it use to be and as I understand it, that is normal. Is there a way to make it a smoother ride?

Did you get the Fox coilovers? If so, compare the spring rate to your stock coils. I installed a coilover level kit on my 2015 truck and it came with Fox springs having a 200lb/in stiffer rate than the stock springs. I ended up having to reinstall softer springs.

For this reason I kept the stock coilovers when I put a 4” BDS lift on my 2021 truck. The suspension doesn’t feel any stiffer.

What is your wheel and tire setup? That is a huge factor in ride quality.

I have nitto ridge grapplers 35 inch on 20 inch rims. I also have the fox shocks in the rear with a 6 inch spacer in the front. So I have stock suspenion in the front.
