I heard they are very busy getting trucks ready for people to come and purchase. I hope the trackers are correct and the do have your truck there.

Hopefully i'm in no rush still have to find a transport for it but it be nice to receive some kind of picture or update email/phone call from them.

Nope not at all its actually Granger who i put the order through but i haven't heard anything at all.

It was almost a week after my truck had arrived at Granger before they reached out to me, and then they said it would be another week before PDI would be completed and I could schedule collection.

I want to keep whichever truck I keep for a long time. I bought used because I had no faith my truck would be built within 2 months of ordering.

This is frustrating. I have a couple offers to buy my current truck, but my new one won’t ship.

Mine won't ship either I'm assuming we will get the same ship date since it shows we are both waiting at the same ramp in kc

Got a call from the dealer. My truck is in. Picking it up today.

Getting really frustrated, no info for over a week. Every time I try to get into a chat, it shows 5 or 6 in line initially, then changes to 23 in line or something like that. Dealer rep is not in today. The email said built 7/11. Estimate 7/17- 7/23. Tracker says awaiting shipment. Order track shows same, but says it has been in this status 14 days, which would have been 7/5. I see another truck built the same day was delivered to my same state a week ago.

Seems like our trucks were built right before the shutdown then moved to ramp 15 and forgot about.

Is it just me learning this or is this known, on Ford tracker site (USofA version) it says shipped to (dealers name).

Now on Ford.Ca tracker, same site but America’s hat’s version it says shipped and estimated delivery between 7/17 to 7/23.

Found this kind of interesting.

Finally got through to chat...Lady said my vehicle is released for shipment the week Ford's email said it would be delivered. (7/17-7/23) What a great system they have!

Call the 800 number. I always call, gets picked up really quick. Hope you luck out with Don. Hes great.

Well, i made it via rail from KC to Gibson Railyard, Indiana. Yard is 6 hours from dealer.

Sitting in a lot somewhere waiting on the other train to pick it up and take to another railyard 8 miles from dealer. Been sitting there for 3 days now.

That 8/22 ETA is looking more real. Means it will be sitting as this railyard until next week sometime.

A truck would have taken 1.5 days to deliver to dealer, taking it easy.

Rail sucks.
