Yes, I'm getting caught up here. As Snakebitten pointed out from the Ford RV Towing guide of 03.22.22, there is even a provision for 5th wheel towing (not Raptor or Lightning, so I'm SOL!). Again I've been out of "it" for 5.5 years. As lighter hitches and light/ultralite trailers become more predominant, I certainly understand the appeal, and 5th wheel trailering is safer and more secure.

I wouldn't want to debate safety and security against a properly set-up bumper-pull rig but having 'BTDT both ways' with trailers of similar interior space I certainly find towing the 'fiver' a more overall predictable and stress-free situation in all road / weather / wind conditions.

I consistently arrive at my destinations, even after a long day in 'trying' conditions, rested and relaxed; I can't say that was always the case with even a well-configured similar-size bumper-pull.

BTW, looking back in my archive the Ford Towing Guides have all addressed towing a 5th wheel trailer with an F150 since the start of Gen 14 in model year 2021.
