Just to be clear, I currently have a 2021 Platinum Powerboost and will be trading it for the 2022 KingRanch that has me part of this thread.
I also have had a 2016 and 2018 KingRanch Ecoboost and the Powerboost wouldn't have a Stop/Start button regardless. It's true that the chip shortage has Ford giving a discount for deleting the Stop/Start on the ICE trucks, and it technically IS deleted from the Powerboost, but it couldn't be included if the chip shortage never happened.

I don't know why Ford even confuses us with the mention of it on a Powerboost.

Ordered 2021 Platinum 701A, FX4, 5.0, 157" WB back in June. Got rolled into a 2022 in October. Got the email yesterday for 4/4/22 bulid week and VIN #. The order number is not what the dealer gave me. Put the VIN and order number into the Ford Tracker and the truck that comes up is not what I ordered. It is showing 145" WB and has the Black Out Package. Going to the dearship today to see what going on.

Just update everyone, I went to the dealership and spoke to my sales person. Was able to get everything on my order corrected. Feeling much better now.

Does my build automatically come with adaptive steering? I hear a lot of talk about that. My truck has the co-pilot assist 360.

AS is only available as a free standing option on King Ranch & Platinum, standard on Limited.

It honestly just depends on part/chip availability. Based on tracking spreadsheets I’ve seen and follow, it looks like it’s about 4 weeks from build to delivery. Right now, with shortage, that’s out the window as some people are waiting 3+ months. Hopefully if our builds actually happen 4/4, we will have delivery to our dealers by early to mid may.

Yes--it was included with my order without me asking for it. Also, I have test driven a couple of Powerboost trucks with that option listed on the window sticker, and can confirm that the hybrid function of automatically turning on and off the ICE still works. As far as I can tell, it just doesn't necessarily turn the truck off while waiting at a stoplight.
