This is true, you could be like me.

My dealership made a mistake when changing my order from a 2021 to a 2022 and forgot the auto stop/start removal. Was on chip hold until last week when I got the email from ford it was built and later shipped. Email says it’s in transit and expected at my dealer between May 09-17. I checked with dealer who claims they researched and found it’s on a train right now. Seriously doubt that tho.

Wondering if this is what I'm about to deal with. Ordered 2/14, started building 4/22. Now, a week is not a long time to build at all but based on your picture we're getting very similar trucks.

From everything I've been reading 2/14 to 4/22 is pretty darn fast so I've been lucky, but I hope I'm not staring down a few months in the 'In Production' stage. When I ordered it I told myself if I have it by end of June I'd be pretty happy.

I was told the truck is no longer on chip hold or missing a chip and was in transit on a train expected to arrive at Albany, NY between May 09 and 15. From there it gets on a transport to the dealer in CT. Ford had no info on train number or tracking. I’ll believe it when it’s in front of me on the dealer lot.

Tell me more about this. I just downloaded the app and entered my vin but all it says is ‘2022 Ford F150’. Are you able to track with the app, or what’s the purpose before you have the vehicle?

From what I have been told (don't know how accurate the information is) once you have Fordpass active in the app, there is a good chance you're out of chip hold. I have had the app downloaded for weeks, but nothing - not even a picture of the truck would show up. Up until today all it said was same as yours, "2022-ford f150"

My blend date was 4/23 I have modules and I see the activate vehicle button on my app. But no picture like my other truck
