It actually just populated on their tracking site. Ford Pass app is asking me to activate. Hopefully it arrives soon.

Are you able to track with that rail car number and where do you do that?

Got the shipped email from ford so looks like things are actually happening. Finally.

You can call and track, however, its been a pain in the ass trying to get the robot on the other line to decipher what letters im saying when they ask for the rail car information. I also got the confirmed shipped email early this morning. Not just glad to see my truck actually moving but nice to see a few others seeing the same movement. One day when ordering like this is the new normal, they'll probably have the equivalent of FORD prime or some shit and we'll all remember waiting 6 months or more for this bullshit lol.

You can call and track, however, its been a pain in the ass trying to get the robot on the other line to decipher what letters im saying when they ask for the rail car information. I’m trying to set low expectations for myself and going with 4-6 weeks for delivery given everything I’ve seen on this forum about logistics delays. If you’re expecting a week or two, you’ll likely be disappointed.

No way man, ford said estimated 7/14 arrival so I’m banking on at least a few weeks after that.

This is brilliant. Changed for my info and works great. Mine left East Lansing, MI at 10:56PM. Straight ecstatic that it actually left the initial rail yard waiting area and is on the move.

Yea, is the same info @Joey760 was just having trouble speaking to the system so this way automates it. I just dial and put my phone on mute so it doesn't accidentally hear me say something.
But for your issue, you might try the Norfolk Southern 800 number (from 5/30 build week thread)

Tracking our rail shipments

When you contact Ford Chat, they will give you a transport train Number beginning with TTGX, followed by a set of numbers 972367.

To track your freight car, call 800-635-5768, option 2 and option 2

Then enter 8849# for the letters TTGX.

Then enter your numbers followed by the #

When I tried this number it have me info from weeks before, but the CSX gave me current. Maybe it'll be the opposite for you?

I just tried it right now, and it said its been release by the customer, Richmond California, May 2. doesn't sound like mine had moved lol.
