I wanted to take a minute to review the new @3Wliners floor mats I just installed. I have had numerous sets of aftermarket floor liner/mats across several vehicles and hands down, these take the cake. Let me explain.

I have used Weathertech "classics" (the non-HP's) in several vehicles, and while good, have a couple downsides. First, the edges tend to curl after a while and they are nearly impossible to reshape to their original/intended location. Second, being a harder, more plasticky material, they are quite slippery when wet.

When I first purchased my '22 F150, I knew to do my research to avoid the above issues I had experienced. I ended up between the Husky Xact contours and the Weathertech HP's. The HP's were supposed to "fix" the two gripes I mentioned above, but at the time, weren't available for trucks with the OE folding storage (which mine had). I ended up finding a decent sale on the Husky's and went for it. I really liked them; they fit just fine and the material was nice and supple. They never felt like they were "slippery when wet", which was a nice change over the WT's, but felt the appearance of them to be too "busy" for my liking. I rocked them for over a year before deciding to remove my OE fold flat storage. When my wife and I had one child/car seat, the folding storage was great as I was still able to fold up the drivers rear seat bottom. After popping out a second kid and installing the second car seat/base, I could no longer fold up the seat bottoms and it made the storage useless. Instead of just folding it down and it "taking up space", I opted to remove it. In doing so, I needed a new rear mat to fill the void left from the storage bin. Seeing as how I wasn't 100% happy with the Xact's, it didn't feel right to buy the appropriate rear Husky mat to match the front. It made more sense to me to purchase a secondhand set of mats and sell off the Xact contours, with the hope that the purchase/sale of mats would be a wash (it was). I ended up with a set of Husky Weatherbeaters as they were local and inexpensive. Unfortunately, it brought me right back to how I felt about the WT's, seemingly made from the same/similar hard material.

All while this was going on, I fitted a set of NOS Lund Catch-All mats in my '98 Ranger. I instantly fell in love with them as they give you the comfort of carpet, but function as an all-weather mat. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore, so I went searching for someone that did. In comes 3Dmaxpider, the only vendor making anything like the Catch-All's. I took one look at the price tag and annoyingly closed the webpage. $300?! That's going to be a no for me.

I about gave up when I spotted a vendor ad for the 3W Liners....with a carpet insert?!! Whoa!! Here is what I was looking at:
https://3wliners.com/products/3w-al...thout-original-folding-under-seat-storage-box
With an Independence Day sale of 30% off, it was a no brainer. I am so glad I did because these mats check ALL THE BOXES.
-More rubber-like material? CHECK!
-Full coverage? CHECK!
-Fit nicely? CHECK!
-Carpet inserts for comfort? CHECK!
-Carpet is removeable for those yuckier months? CHECK!
-Any complaints? HECK NO!!!!

All in all, I am ecstatic with these mats. For the price, I don't know how anyone can compete. If you are on the fence, don't be, especially when they are on sale. Even at the asking price of $179, they are 100% worth it.

Here is some unboxing pics. These were taken right after install. Anywhere you see the mat not fit well was gone after one hot sunny day. Really great touch with the rocking horse craft in the box. The older boy and I loved it! The air fresheners smell very nice as well.

Lastly, quick shout out to the MIKKUPPA soft underseat storage I use now that I cant fold up my seat bottoms (amazon). They are awesome for keeping things in place that you'd otherwise have rolling around. I opted to leave them unsecured and the 3W mat holds them in place just fine during normal travel, but they slide right out with the built in handles. Love them!

If you have the ford performance sill plates, check out Baselayer. USA made. I replaced my weathertechs with these and skipped 3w because they seem to come up short on the gas pedal coverage. lol I know they support this forum, but just being honest.

@AHenry014 Quick question on these 3W floor mats. Is it possible to tuck the edge that covers the sill underneath the sill. I really like the looks of these mats, but not a big fan of the looks with the mat covering the sill.

You may not want to do that simply because water could get under your sill plate and cause corrosion or a musty smell.

I did not try this. It looks like you can, but will possibly deform the fitment elsewhere; i.e. where it meets the kick panel.

I agree with this.

That does sound like a bad idea. I'll scratch that thinking.

I did email 3WLiners and they said they can't guarantee the current 2025 liners will fit the 2026 Super Crew. I was going to get a set during their current Black Friday sale. I don't believe Ford made any changes in this area from 2025 to 2026.
