3.5 eco boost or 3.5 high output eco boost

Hello, I am truly confused. I bought a 2022 F150 XLT super crew 67” box with a 3.5 eco boost. Looking for my maximum payload capacity as well as my maximum towing capacity, however, everywhere I look I get conflicting answers as I’m not sure myself if I have the 3.5 eco boost or 3.5 high input echo boost, would someone know how I can get that information, thank you

Max payload capacity is on the sticker on the door jamb. All your people, gear, tongue weight, and anything you added to your truck after purchase, need to be under that if you want to stay under the GVWR.

And you have the normal Eco Boost. For Gen 14 HO Eco is Raptor-only.

check your window sticker. if you dont have it, get a copy, to confirm your setup and which tow package you have (if any).
