I previously received an email from Ford saying my truck had shipped and was estimated to be at my dealer between the 25th and the 1st. It showed shipped on the tracker and showed "In Transit" or Order Track app. It also still showed ASN. Just received an update saying they need more time. New date range is May 6th to the 12th. So I am guessing it did not ship. I still believe it is hard to trust the Ford tracker as being entirely accurate.

Brutal. Hopefully it isn't a chip hold that wasn't listed properly and those dates are actually for shipping

Yeah I honestly think there's a chance that happened. Or that it's stuck in behind a bunch of other trucks. Who knows if it's even completely been built. I have little faith in any info I receive. It's weird for them to send me an email saying it has been shipped to my dealer, then a week later say "well we need more time". So like, it didn't ship? Lol. This is the twilight zone.

Has anyone used the live chat on the ford website lately? I used it Monday, and it worked fine but know it start a live chat button does not even show up. Anyone else have that issue?

My latest update. Ford chat now saying a May 14th delivery date. Still on chip hold so I am not putting too much weight into that being the actual date. Shipping via convoy to SC.

I received the original shipped email April 22nd, and the update email came yesterday the 28th.

Chat is confirming it is in transit. Apparently at ramp 58. So its probably just sitting there waiting to go on a rail car, which would then transfer it to a convoy carrier.

Buddy’s truck sat at ramp 58 in melvindale for about 2 weeks before it finally got going.
